Job Description: Summary: The Jr Sales Analyst is responsible for the daily revenue reports, monthly/quarterly field sales review templates, and other sales reports and analysis. This is a learning role and is the talent pool for the sales analyst role. They assist more senior Sales Analysts to integrate and analyze data from various sources to create meaningful decision-making analytics, including sales volume, price, mix and margin analyses by demand plan segments. This role will also assist in identifying sales entry errors and coordinating with Customer Service team for corrections. They maintain commercial operations KPIs by demand plan segments and incorporate business analytics to improve and automate reporting. This position partners with the key business stakeholders, including Finance, Marketing and Demand Planning teams to provide value in forecast generation and accuracy. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Generate and distribute daily and weekly sales revenue reports Generate and distribute period-end and quarterly forecast accuracy report Generate templates for commercial sales review by segment and marketing group Assist in reports to compare new opportunities impact on current demand cycle Assist in the cross functional follow up of sales entry errors and sales forecast variances Prepare and maintain relevant reports pertaining to sales analytics process Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain or other relevant fields preferred Experience in sales analytics, supply chain, and/or finance Experience in data mining/manipulation and data validation skills utilizing Database (SQL Server/Oracle), Excel (advanced features), and/or Microsoft Power BI highly desirable Intermediate to advanced computer skills (Excel and Power Point) Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge Excellent written and verbal communication skills Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and assignments ABOUT DJO GLOBAL DJO Global is a leading global developer, manufacturer and distributor of high-quality medical devices that provide solutions for musculoskeletal health, vascular health and pain management.
